Typescript of an interview conducted by Ben Bahlmann on 6 Feb. 2000. The audiocassettes, from which the transcript was made, were retained by Bahlmann. McCrory talks about his early life in Iowa and his move to California. He joined the United States Army and served in the Air Corps as a pilot for B-17 bombers and P-51 fighters. He flew combat missions from England over Germany and other areas of Europe.
